Do you have something else running at the same time such as Precision X for example? If you do, disable/exit one at a time and try to record to see if there could be a problem there. I'm not sure what else could be causing this issue.

Are you in game when you "press record"? You have to be in game for it to work. Also make sure it's in your system tray ie that MSI itself is running.

Jonnichan, I'm really not sure. You could try saving iron a different format and see if that helps. It may also be that you are lacking the right set of codecs. Another thing to check is that your destination file location has enough space for the video file. Again, in really not sure but those are something's to check. Let us know if you figure it out.

Smelysox, Open up the On-Screen Display app, not MSI's main app. In the lower left corner, click the big plus sign. That should open a window to navigate to Launcher.exe and add it to the list. If not this, the problem is prob. still with the on-screen display 3d options. Let us know if how you fix it, if you are able to resolve it.

I don't seem to be able to record. When I'm in-game I see the purple little numbers up in the corner, however, when I press the key to start recording nothing happens. I've tried several times, but nothing seems to do it, and just to make sure I checked the folder where the recordings should end up an there's nothing. Any idea what the problem might be?

This video is very useful, however, I found I can select 2 audio sources, so recording my voice and the game is easier than it is made out to be in this video.
