2. NO replay technology
3. ALLOWED defensive 3 seconds.
4. ALLOWED hand checking= Reaching Foul/ Loose ball Foul

@dbzalay it kinda balances out with all the new rules, all these free throws are bull shit, any little bump is a foul, and looking at the ref is like a technical, the NBA has gona soft which makes Michael's 37 different in one aspect than kobe's 35. Every little thing is a foul now
