  • Hi! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend lost lots of weight with it.

  • i am going to continue to eat meat. it tastes good and it is not in contradiction to our bodies. we are designed to eat both meat and fruits/vegetables. i am a supporter of not eating meat every meal and humane treatment of the animals, but to remove it entirely would not be in line with my food ideology. however, this goes for everyone, get all of the vitamins, fats, etc. that you need in a day. this is more important.

  • Its a whole 'NUTHER life!!! @ 2:12

  • Morgan Spurlock is a fraudster from the same fraudulent "scientific" school as global warming "scientists".

    CON!

  • I went RAW vegan yesterday YAAAY!!!

  • Morgan Spurlock, where are your food logs for when you were supposedly only eating 3 meals a day at McDonalds for 30 days, and gained 25 pounds? The world is still waiting, you know.

  • @si0paloma No....I get the impression that you are being pulled in two directions. YOU KNOW that the Vegancult diet is not a nutritionally complete diet..............YET, you feel an obligation to toe the line and adhere to the Vegancult ideology. What is stunning is that so many people I talk with over the net follow your story line to a T, even when they start getting sick, glassy-eyed followers to say the least. I would take the mutt to the vet for a check up.

  • @si0paloma cannot right now

  • @tickyul I dont think I have been dogmatic in my discussion with you, yet you address me as though I have been. I have actually been thinking about including fish in my diet and I take krill oil, despite the cognitive dissonance I experience at the thought. Unfortunately, the only food that agrees with my dogs system is a high protein food. I have tried other types, but they all give her diarrhea, even grain-free varieties. I would feed her a homemade raw meat and organ diet but I simply

  • @si0paloma Notice how I have not personally attacked you, maybe you should take the cue. If your dog is eating a diet that is 80% protein it is far from natural, wild dogs would select valuable fatty organs to dine on first, richest in Vitamins and minerals. Why is it hard for people to understand and accept the fact that man needs certain nutrients in his diet to thrive, Vegancult diets fall short, better take artificial vitamins and minerals in place of the real thing.
