In August, 2008, Ben Mathes (http://www.row.org) led a medical team to Venezuela to perform a health survey and hold medical clinics along the Canya de Buja River.
This is a beautiful film documenting the landscape, the people and the physical trip made by the members of the team. There is no way to show you their trip from a spiritual or emotional point of view, but from their words and their faces, no one was left untouched by the journey.
Just for the record, no medical staff, missionaries or guides were harmed in the making of this film. :)
