How To Become A Master Of Back Flips

The... interesting thing about this video is that this is actually the way to go. It isn't recommendable for anybody who doesn't know how to land properly but when doing a backflip you really can't think much about it. You have to focus on pulling your legs towards the body and just going straight over your back and not turning sideways and it will work. Otherwise it will hurt. I gotta know, I fail at backflips but I know about the levels of pain. :D
