One of the biggest problems coaches and swimmers have to overcome with backstroke, is the overreach on the hand entry.

  • im having a problem with my arm entry. turns out im crossing my hands too far upon entry (like in this video, like at 0:25 . i understand that my arms are supposed to enter shoulder-width apart, but ive developed a bad habit and its extremely difficult for me to overcome. so yeah, im gonna try this exercise and see how it goes. thanks (and sorry for practically telling you my life story)

  • you need to go see a physio, i am an ex national swimmer who had a simmilar thing turned out to be a tendon injury that took me out of swimming completely missing out on a chance on GB

  • Why does my shoulders make those clicking sound when I rotate them?
