@liming5 If you wanna act like you're punching and kicking go join a gym and go fight someone, I just don't see how it is at all "tough" to hardcore dance. No one is doing anything to you. It's like saying that golf is a tough sport. Ya, sure, it's hard, but it's still just you and no one else. Moshing>Hardcore Dancing. Unless your version of hardcore dancing involves actually getting into a fight with someone.
