and you are wrong, they had enough money to sign Chandler, they signed Ben Wallace cause they wanted to upgrade. They sign Wallace to a 4yr 60Mil dollar deal. They signed and traded Chandler to New Orleans to a 5yr 50mil dollar deal. Plus they can sign who they want, they choose not to cause eventually it will mess with the teams luxury tax.... dc 505- first of all, they got tyson through elton brand. second, at the time they traded tyson chandler, they didn't have enough money to keep him, hinrich, duhon, gordon and deng, so they had to chose one to give up. third, if you're going to focus on mistakes made by the bulls, there are a lot worse than that for example trading for three top picks in the 2000 draft, one of the weakest in history instead of a stronger draft
