@benh05 as a fan of the first two i must say that it did destroy them, in the other hand , please, DO check the soundtrack of the 3rd birthday because, unlike the game, it totally resembles the first to efforts, still so good and true to its roots with some very likely melodies and agression, and even updating some tunes into making them newer, please do check its soundtrack at least

Just played Parasite Eve I & II back to back for the first time, being such good games, I feel compelled to play The Third Birthday. It looks gorgeous, but looks aren't everything to me clearly if I'm playing old school ps1 games in 2011. So far it's had great graphics (for its age), plot, characterization, music, combat / controls (albeit radically different to distinguish them both - for better or worse), and chock full of FF homage. PE2 honored the original. I hear TTB destroys them both. :E

@TheRigster1138 Lmao, if you took out the characters names and the name of ''Parasite Eve 3,'' you never would've guessed that it was actually the third game in the franchise, but some bullshit Square Enix made. Honestly, I hope one day we get a PE game as good as the first one, and not some randomly spun garbage.

But le sigh, Aya got the raw deal from start to finish. Lol.

@Ooishi2300 You should be LOL. Actually, 3rd B-Day's gameplay is fun, in small doses. It's just the story that riles me up, especially the ending in particular. Without wishing to spoil it, suffice to say that Aya gets a raw deal. If you're curious about it, rent/borrow it, or try to get it used/cheap. If not, then you really aren't missing much.
