yeah good call just take it as it comes. i saw your routine from your show man... you had some crazy conditioning good work. The way I see it is that if you're gonna diet for so long you might as well get a few shows out of it.

i havent decided yet. im preppin for the can/am but if i feel like im ready to do the supernatural then imma hop into that show

Yeah you're right I must have misread it or something...I think I must have read the regulations for ephedra maybe? Will you be competing March 20th?

I was looking at the regulations for the inbf and it says prohormones/testosterone related drugs are banned 2 years prior to your first show, is there something I'm missing out on?

Only if it is your first INBF show and it has to have been taken taken more than 6 months before the date of the show.

It's alright I understand. Sucks that whenever somebody accomplishes something great they're immediately accused of cheating though...the time I put into this sport is unreal.
