I followed this recipe today. The only change I made was that I brined the roast for six hours. The end result was absolutely delicious! One of the best pork roasts I have ever made. Thank you for the suggestions.

Too little fat left, should have left some bone I think.
Don't need the sauce if the meat is juicy enough.
