Dodge Durango 0-80 - 4.7 V8

This is not mine, it's my Dad's. 0-80, '03 SXT 4.7 V8. Cold air intake, Dynomax muffler, 2 people, a load of groceries, and a case of Sam Adams Boston Lager! 8.58 0-60. Moves pretty good for almost 4700lbs. Ignore the seat belt light, it had a bad switch in the latch, and has been replaced.

Read the description, it was a broken switch in the latch... the light wouldn't go off and had to be fixed.

i will stay 9 months in Toronto and i wanna buy such a durango with the 4.7 engine too. How much gas do you need in the city and on the highway? how often do you had to change the tires?

AWD wouldn't make it sluggish. It's 2WD until it needs to use AWD. I have a 2006 Durango and yes, it WAS sluggish in second gear but I bought a Superchips tuner for it and everything is golden now. Total night and day difference.

in the newer one you can get the 4.7 or the 5.7 but in these you can get a 4.7 or a 5.9

i just bout a red sxt today 2002 and from take off it will spin the tires all the way until 4th lol and for soem reason it wont power brake so lol its quik as hell thou

Fortunantly we don't have the AWD version... my Dad's friend does though and it is way more sluggish than ours.
