Day Seven we reach South Carolina, over half way through our journey. Since South Carolina seems to be the fireworks capitol, and since we had thunderstorms last night, we investigate how chained dogs suffer in thunder storms and fireworks...and end up with plenty of fireworks of our own!

Do you really offer to pay for fencing? That's a good thing, but $200 doesn't go very far. I'm a little split on this- it looks to me like these people are restraining their dogs in the only way they can afford. I can't see any chafe marks on the necks, matting, sores or other marks that say these dogs are neglected.
I've lived in a suburb of Chicago my whole life and before a co-worker showed me these videos I never knew people kept dogs chained. This has really opened my eyes. I hope we can change this for the better. Thank you for what you are doing. Can we get a show like this on TV? It would be so much more interesting than the reality shows we have and would actually do some good for the world.
ain't that appropriate...they delete the comments they don't find favorable. Attention users. Rumor has it that these people have racked up harassment and trespassing charges in multiple states. Stay tuned.
BTW-the comments were deleted because the IP address of the 3 comments made were traced back to the same computer that opened new youtube accounts in order to post nasty comments pretending they were not all from the same source. We felt it appropriate to delete the lies.
1. They did not trespass, the pix were taken from the road and I believe they wore buttons that said they were filming. They didn't film anyone without approval and they knocked on doors and went with caretakers when they went into yards.
2. It takes a disturbed individual to see all the suffering and only be concerned about trespassing.
they need to mind their own damn business. they act like the dogs are in chains their whole lives. most the dogs are put on the chain at certain times to keep nosy trespassers like her from gettin hurt.
