The Rabbis rejected Jesus because he was a Levite Priest, not Judah, and the Levite Priests rejected Jesus because he confirmed the Resurrection of the Dead, which the Levite Priests did not believe. The Levite High Priest Caiaphas, asserted that the Rabbis , had no authority of God in their Oral Tradition, and so a contention of these two Jewish groups played a role in why Jesus died . Judaism is denied by the Priests of Israel as having any authority, and the Rabbis denied the Priests.

Religions fighting each other is the biggest disappointment of human kind. Religion breeds hate and divisiveness. The bible is the least proof of god we have, and to quote the bible is foolish. There is much more proof that god does not exist, and I feel sorry for people who believe in such a "being".
