How to Catch Elekid(read description)

do you ever wonder where to find an elekid? well, dont wonder again cuz i will show you where elekids live!

you need:
Fire Red
Pearl/Diamond
Electric types with STATIC
National Pokedex

Here comes the BEST PART!
some elekids will have ELECTIRIZER

ELECTIRIZER is an item which you make an electabuzz evolve! but you must trade electabuzz with electirizer 4 it to evolve.

BasilEvenstar: Want to know a VERY easy way to find them? Go to the field outside the Valley Windworks, with FireRed in the GBA slow. Elekids are found here 8% of the time at level 9 and everything else is level 6-8.

Put a level 9 Pokemon (no higher, no lower) in the front of your party and use a repel. Walk in the grass and you will be attacked only by Pokemon levels 9 and up, in other words... by Elekids. You will occasionally bump into a level 9 Shellos, but its not common.

I have FireRed plugged into DS, I have defeated the elite four, I have the national pokedex and pokedar, I have been searching the windworks for 3 hours and I havent seen 1 elekid- what is the problem?!? :((

OK in Pokemon PLATINUM to get elekid is to get a MALE AND FEMALE ELETIBUZZ FROM ROUTE 222 AND PUT THEM IN THT DARE CARE HOPE IT HELPS ;)
