@Mickeslina you are so totally right about Henry Vestine!! he was so much a GREAT Guitarist! the way he stretched out notes and was at one with the beat, the wet electric sound , and being both blues and rock !!

Just a bunch of musical beatnic's with a since of humer not pioneir's but grave diggers. Digging a grave for the MAN every where they went!

This was the psychedelic electric boogie that rang through my teenage years - props to Canned Heat (and to the Black boogie artists like John Lee Hooker who invented this musical form) - electric music is the best!

long live the bear, the mole, blind owl and the most underrated guitarist in the world henry vestine i think brother billy gibbons might have gotten a few ideas from the heat.long live the boogie.

There's another album that has 'Sic Em Pigs' on it & it continues on as stated above by 'drindle69'...it even gives the actual phone number (at that time) of the L.A. Sheriff's Dept., just too cool!!!! I can't for the life of me recall the name of the album...but I can picture the cover just as plain as day..........I must be having yet another 'flashback'!!!!!!!!
Anyway...thanks again for the music!!!!!!!
PEACE.....
Tamara
This does not play the entire song of 'Sic' Em Pigs'...it goes on to say 'if you are big, strong & stupid...we want you'...& proceeds to give the actual phone # of the Los Angeles Sheriff or Police Department
to apply for a job....gotta love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
