  • Most of you.people wanting to do this couldn't even do atc more complicated than you can even imagine

  • Can't wait to be cct tacp or sowt

  • The video dealt with Combat Controller which is a totally different world. Combat controllers are the, first in and last out. Demanding and extremely difficult.

  • LOL! Don in the Video is my buddy from Junior high. lives 4 houses from my grandmother and now I'm a pilot. small world

  • You're more likely to fail during the 2 hour workouts before class than you are during class. I remember we all used to dread the workouts, and be completely dead afterward in class.

  • @DopeShowDeath Heres all the math u need, look at the clock and wait two minutes for wake turb, 3 at an intersection... thoes clocks dont count by themselves u know...

  • @coastfan24 how is there a lot of math in ATC? give me a specific example, cuz im pretty sure u have no idea what youre talking about.

  • I like how the regular air traffic controller tech school kids came into class saying they were tired. :P

  • @twistedtheknife the CHOMP quote totally gives you away. Tech schooler for sure. 334th and doesnt even know what real air traffic is yet. Just wait until you go non-radar and have to figure out how much faster an a/c is then another one and use that to figure out required seperation based on distance from the NAVAID. definately alot of math in atc.

  • @twistedtheknife based on previous comments in other ATC videos you more than likely are still in tech school or haven't started your OJT yet. Yes this video is about the CCT portion but math is important in ATC. When it comes to Aircraft categories and how many feet you need to let another aircraft land are pretty important. When it comes to radar math is important as well. Don't let those instructors lie to you, numerous places go nonradar and you will need to know math then. Rated over 4years
