you have your shit mixed up. you shud go heavy on the lunch and breakfast and really light on dinner if at all lunch is the most important meal of the day believe it or not.

thats the whole point you can chose what you want not a basic Rat Pak military style.
nice looking grub ,and going down to the supermarket is quicker ,cheaper and has plenty of choice.
