I've seen a lot of first timers lean out, push forward and then flick their heels up, which puts them head down. Is it just a matter of mistiming the push, or is there something else that causes it?.
@Murcuseo thanks for timeline! There's no such a think as mistiming the push, you go whenever you feel like;))) The trick is to make the exit without any rotation moment, just push straight. That can be easily practiced in gym with somebody who have a clue about it;)
