I wish people would read my comments in full and stop inboxing me. Yes, I know Mariah sang the parts,but she did have someone ghost it during production for leakage reasons and what not. I never said Mariah didn't sing in the movie. Of course she did. I was not referring to Young Billie's voice but basing my comments on what the director had said about using someone else's vocals. I get it. Stop cluttering my YTmail with this stanning crap. I love Mariah. Thank you.

@Vitaluv I'm sorry but she did sing that part.. The director had to say that for legal reasons.. If you compared Mhz on the voice you will see it is Mariah with only the pitch altered. No one can make that falsetto head voice like she does.. even with a higher pitch its unmistakable.

@Vitaluv She had her background singer Mary Ann Tatum sing the songs in the movie, then her voice was laid over the tracks because she was afraid that Sony would leak the ideas of the Soundtrack to other artists. She didn't want them to be able to recognize her voice on the songs (which actually ended up happening)! Research how Tommy Matola, record head at the time, gave her soundtrack ideas to Jennifer Lopez.
