I dont thin its being sold in stores any more. Perhaps old versions people have used. However its easily downloaded and you dont need a CD key to play online. :)

btw to find out names of the maps type in console /dir maps

it's an SP(single player) map just type google check some jka sites for the name of that map:p

PS: u don't need to download it or anything u just need to know the name of it and if u got rcon, or admin on a server u just need to type : /ammap 0 (name of the map)
