This is only a personal opinion, but real fans don't throw riots. When you are a fan, you take a loss, not destroy your city. That's just being cry babies. But once again, personal opinion.

No city in America can get even close to the European/South American cities when it comes to crazy sports fans. Thas is just another level. The craziest cities in my opinion are:
1. Istanbul (Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, Besiktas fans)
2. Athens (Panathinaikos, Olympiakos, AEK fans)
3. Buenos Aires (Boca Juniors, River Plate fans)
4. Belgrade (Red Star, Partizan fans)
5. Rome (Roma, Lazio fans)
6. Thessaloniki (Aris, PAOK, Iraklis fans)
7. Cracow (Wisla, Cracovia fans) + Rio, Milan, Moscow, London
