I remain glad that the TSA takes digital security posture seriously. Yet, I see vulnerable end user TSA systems. Brining awareness to the TSA of its operational risks is a strange subject and I see why TSA agents seem unsettled by public service comments from knowledgable passengers. Yet, the TSA must strive to discover and resolve its operational risk rather than hide from that risk. Its mission makes that an imperative both inwardly and outwardly toward the public.
