The detector detector sniffs out local oscillation leakage. The fix for this is to purchase the Beltronics STI Driver or the Escort Redline. Both detectors used the same platform which doesn't produce the sort of leakage EVERY other detector on the market produces.

Same thing happened to me in Pennsylvania in my 18 wheeler. When the cops take your detector, you know damn well they give it to their old lady or their freek'n kids so they don't get a ticket. Every time they take mine away, iI just buy another one and keep on truck'n. FUCK'EM.
