UFC 2009 Undisputed - Gamebattles Match - Frank Mir vs. Brock Lesnar

I came home and I started playing UFC. No one was playing ranked matches so I went and accepted a match from gamebattles. It was a heavyweight match and since I was higher ranked he chose his fighter first. He chose Brock Lesnar so I knew to chose Frank Mir because I could counter his wrestling with my BJJ. He was pounding me when we were standing so I took him to the ground, but I had no success. I drained my stamina when I tried to transition and he went for a submission, but since my submission defense is very good I was able to get out of it while in the second stage. I got out of two submissions and then his stamina was drained so I went for a submission and I was able to pull it of easily.

Getting out of submissions is determined on two factors, your player's submission defense and the type of submission escape you are using.

Use Brute Force escape on a fighter with a high strength attribute, and use technical escape on a fighter with a high submission defense stat.

Success of a sub ultimately depends on the amount of stamina you have. Unless you have a higher sub defense as opposed to the opponents sub offense, chances are your screwed if you have little to no stamina.
