This vid brings back unrelated memories for me. When I was in college I played bass in the jazz band. Once practicing on that stage there was only person in the audience listening to our rehearsal, he was a doctorate in music. After one song he stood up and yelled "I didn't hear one right bass note that whole song". I was the only bass player. I never liked him.

Yes, most of them are traditional, but some of them were collected by Tony Barrand in England in the 70s. Also, the jump rope is Anna Marley's innovation, and most of the steps done with the rope are from Anna's jump rope waltz clog routine.
