A Jonas Brothers Love Story chapter 6

*~*In chapter 5, we learned some things about Jasmine and her history with her dad. Mrs. Jonas left Joe with her because he had more to say to her then she did. Jasmine had a certain reaction to Joe... what was it? Find out...*~*

-Jazz's POV-
Joe: *puts his hand on her lips*
I stop talking completely. I stopped breathing too. Almost all my attention was focused on his hand on my lips. Oh my gosh.....
Joe: Shush Jazz. You're not intruding. We want you to be here. Trust me. *takes his hand away*
~I throw my arms around him and gave him the biggest hug I could~
Joe: *surprised, but hugs her back*
Yay! He hugged me back. I should probably let go..... I don't want him getting impressions because of this..... But I really don't want to let go of him. Do I really have to? I suppose I do..... ~I slowly loosen my arms from around his neck as I lean back~ "Thanks Joe." Wow. His eyes are so gorgeous.
-End Jazz's POV-

-Joe's POV-
Wow. She just like threw herself at me! Not complaining of course..... ~I put my arms around her too and hold her. A smile tugs at the corners of my mouth~ She's not letting go. Does she not want to? Is she waiting for me to push her away?
Jazz: *slowly pulls back* Thanks Joe.
Damn. Her eyes. They are so amazing. ~i notice that her arms are still around my neck, just no longer holding me tightly. At the same time I realized that my arms were still around her too~ Should I let go? Does she think I'm being too straightforward?
Jazz: *pulls her arms back, sliding her hands lightly across my arms* Should we go get my school books now?
"Sure" ~Helping her to her feet, I catch myself wondering what she would have done if I hadn't let go~ She seems to like me too... I'll just give her time. She's been through so much. "Mom! I'm taking Jazz to get her school books now. Be back later!"
Jazz: Thanks for taking me Joe. And afterwards... do you think we could bring my stuff over here? You guys are sure that I won't take up too much room? I have a lot of stuff and--
~I put my hand over her lips again. I thought I felt her smile a little when I did... not sure though...~ "We're positive. You're stuck with us now Jazz."
-End Joe's POV-

-Jazz's POV-
He put his hand back on my lips and I smiled a tiny bit. Hopefully he didn't notice.. I just couldn't help it! I should NOT like him this much!
Joe: We're positive. You're stuck with us now Jazz.
Why is he staring at my mouth? Do I have something in my teeth? Oh god how embarrassing that would be! "Oh no! Whatever will I do?"
Joe: *puts his arm around my shoulders* Lets go get your books.
~I smile at him~ I really like how that feels. I like having his arm around me. Wow. Good job Jasmine. You've fallen in love with the one boy who is WAAAYYY out of your league! God, just my freaking luck. He probably just thinks of me as his little sister now! ~He led me down a few streets... obviously we brought Crystal. She was so happy... I didn't have a leash on her. We got to the store and I put her leash on her..... just in case~ "You do realize I have no clue what books to get?
Joe: Oh don't worry. You're in my grade. You just need the same ones I've got. *he turned to the cashier and gave a list of stuff I would need* Do you have a bag Jazz?
"Yeah. All I need is the books."
Joe: That's all. *he started reaching for his walet
"I got it." ~reaching for my purse, I let go of Crystal~ "How much?"
Cashier: *glances at the register* $107.84
~I ignored Joe's look and handed my credit card to the cashier. I smiled at him as he handed it back to me~ "Thank you for all your help"
Cashier: No problem. *hands me the bag full of my books* Are you sure you don't need a new bag? These books are pretty heavy.
~I took the bag and was shocked to find that he was right. My old bag would never survive the year~ "I guess I do need a new one."
Cashier: Right this way. *steps out from behind the register to lead me to the bags* Anything catching your eye?
"Ohhh look at that one Joe!" ~I pointed to an electric blue bag with black flowers intertwined for the pattern. It was almost out of reach. I stretched up to grab it and almost fell over once I had it. 2 pairs of hands grabbed me. One pair had grabbed my arms and the other had grabbed my waist. I turned to see which pair of hands belonged to which of the boys~

*~*Ohhh I'm sensing a connection between Joe and Jazz! She almost fell getting her bag. Wonder which boy grabbed her waist to steady her...*~*
