The USAF calls those things "Glowboys", from what I know of them it is a metalic disk with a plasma field covering, gives it propulsion; usually crewed by three Grays. Our own government has test flown, or attempted to, and if you look for the video here on YT you can see it, makes a spectatular sight when it crashes! It works off of the gravity of the planet as well, simple yet advanced at the same time. Good work, Francine.
