A well known set for PipeBands everywhere. The Green Hills of Tyrol (sometimes called the Scottish Soldier) and When The Battle Is Oer.

My third uploaded tune.

  • any man can play fast it takes a musition to play well

  • Sounds good, but I also noticed that it was a bit fast. I don't know if this was a mistake, or if it's just how your version's written, but on Green Hills, I was reading along with your playing and you missed out a few grips and doublings. Again, that might just be how your version's written.

  • missing out alot of gracenotes and some crossing noises but appart from that good effort!

  • slow down, embellishments need some work

    That is all

  • slow down my friend

  • good effort , need to to slow down a bit and a little more pronounced on the embellishments. My piping buddy, who is a retired music teacher, likes to point out that the pipes are a folk instrument and anyway you play them is correct. Ignore those who criticize and listen to those you give positive guidance.

  • i tried playing on my drum pad to this, my wristes were going 50 mph

  • shit that made my ears bleed! You need sort your playing out matey

  • are youre ears painted on

  • stick to youre day job slow down the tune and you can put the embelshiments in if you want
