Don't get fooled and believe It's safe to do big drops because you manage to do the roll. Because It's not. It has a HUGE impact on your knees, joints etc.

Even when you manage to do it, keep practising. The roll requires perfect timing and takes time to improve. If the timing is bad then the roll will be useless.

Also, your physical fitness VERY important to protect your body.

Can anyone help me?Everytime I do a forward roll I always end up rolling to the side and when I hit my back shoulder it doesn't roll very well.

5 days ago I posted now I can comfortably do the roll onto a grass and from 2' high...small progression but mixing it with bike trials ;)
