I love my vegemite. Truthfully I reckon Americans wouldn't hate it so much if you ate it right. Don't put heeps on! Only alittle (unless you're a diehard fan of it). If it's your first try only put ALITTLE!!!!!

I don't know. I picked up a jar yesterday at an international market. I kinda like it. Just don't use it like peanut butter and you are okay. A little Vegemite goes a long way.

as an american who has eaten vegemite, and has a small jar in her pantry i understand. you cant put heaps on like you would peanut butter. some butter and a light smear is quite nice.. almost like a strong cheese. thats just my take tho.... yeah i have an aussie boyfriend lol
