A few days after India signed a comprehensive economic partnership agreement with Korea, the Indian government has gone ahead and inked another FTA with ASEAN - which has been in the works for 8 years. Some trade experts say India's trade deficit with ASEAN, which is currently at 6 billion dollars will bloat further as sectors like plantations, edible oils, auto components and durables will be hit.
