Pretty glamorous huh? They should have given Mick Taylor the song credits he deserved {Time Waits for No One and Moonlight Mile for two.} He was the best thing that ever happened to the band. Kind of a dingy existence. Of course the Stones weren't worth a couple hundred million then like they are now. They'd just completed Exile at Nellcote and of course everyone {other than Bill and Mick} was addicted to something incl. Keith, Mick T, Bobby, Charlie, Andy Johns, Jimmy Miller. All addicts.

I'm pretty Charlie didn't start using heroin until the early 80's..cheated on his wife and almost lost his family. Keith was surprised Charlie would take that road after watching him almost kill himself.
