  • What kind of wood is good for making things like this? I want to do a similar thing, but have no idea what kind of wood to use. Not something as ugly as plywood, but not something too expensive. Anything would help!

  • @almondboy2 I used sanded 1/2 plywood. Recently I got some blank playfields made out of epoxy coated.

  • you suck and your home made "so called" pinball machine

  • @hamsweedcorner Thanks for the approval!

  • Visual Pinball is a great way to prototype a layout. I just started making a Pitch n Bat machine using an arduino to control the lights/sound triggers and scoring... A lot less ambition than this behemoth!

  • Best homemade pinball machine ever ;) !!!

  • why dont you put a rubber band

  • Very impressive, it takes a lot of hard work and I admire anyone that is dedicated to doing a project like this.

  • dont forget plenty of perimeter buttons to aim for with enough leds to crash airplanes FROM INSIDE YOUR HOUSE

also please dont use a arduino, arduinos make me cry :(

...nevermind, i was posting this comment while watching the video, a fpga is fine :)

  • Way cool seeing you make this out of spare parts and whatnot!
