Smile Train co-founder Brian Mullaney, VP Delois Greenwood and Hollywood producer Bradley Thomas, a major ST donor, visit Smile Train partner hospitals in Ethiopia and then journey to the world's largest refugee camp, Dadaab, on the Kenyan - Somalia border where 300,000 Somalia refugees are living on the brink of starvation.
They met hundreds and hundreds of children and adults with unrepaired clefts, and other major surgical problems like club foot, burns and hydrocephalus.

What a powerful piece of video! I'm going to keep a tight lip on any future complaints I might have. The poorest of those of us lucky enough to be born in the US are "princely rich" compared to these unfortunate souls. One seldom sees adults with such severe celft palates and cleft lips, but of course there would be, who would have come to their aid before this stellar organization existed? Thank you SO much for shedding light on this need and providing a place to be able to make a difference.
