It is higher up in the atmosphere, than the lower, wispy clouds that move by- which the wind flow may be stronger there, than it is higher in the atmosphere, BUT- the fact that the shape of the large cloud doesn't change shape AT ALL, is NOT NORMAL. Still, it's hard to say, w/o knowing how many minutes went by while filming, with time-lapse. ???
