omg im playing on core 2 duo E 4500 2.2 ghz and same graphic card on high -medium setting,1280x1024 resolution very good.Its quite good card for playing man.

I have a phenom x4 too, also a 4770 before i switched to the 5850, the 4770 can't even hit 30frames @ 1280:800

No he wouldn't, Gta iv relys heavily on cpu, but also graphic memory as well, resolution wise, GDDR5 or better memory(or 256bit bus) is required, AI wise(traffic settings) a good cpu is required.
