Check with your hospital. The nurses from L&D in my hospital are also the instructors in the class. I think most hospitals either hold classes or at least have info where you can go. Or you could always call your local Social Services/Public health dept. and they usually have info on that kind of thing as well.
Yeah... I had just kinda got used to having a small belly and everyone telling me I looked like I was a least a couple months behind where I actually was. But WOW...I now OFFICIALLY have a belly AND a substanstial pregnant waddle!! Once I hit about 33 weeks or so... he was like "Hi mom... here I am!!!" I am still told that I am small and "all belly" which is nice so hopefully I don't get too much bigger. Congratulations on your little one. Is this your first?
This will be my 3rd :-) and dh says the last but we'll see ;-) I have a 8 year old boy and a 5 year old daughter, my little surprise has been so exciting and I can't wait to meet him in 5.5 weeks! I'll be having a c-section on Aug. 2nd! Anyway, I'm glad I found ur channel, I love your energy and how UNboring u are, lol!
where do you go about finding about breastfeeding and birth classes? Is it something your doctor told you about? Or are they in the newspaper?
For me i seem to get a lot of burping when i get nauseus or motion sickness, i don't know why
