  • wow that came out looking so good!!! one day i will do this!!

  • @xdsk0x Thanks! It was a good dark brew! You should get on it ASAP! Happy Homebrewing!

  • Been searching for this homebrew video for about an hour now, finally found it in my favourites after much searching! One of the most inspirational vids that helped me get into homebrewing. Still haven't got a keg.. But it's on the list for sure :).

  • @LeJimster - Thanks for the props! I just now kegged up a batch of brew I named "Cleft Foot." It's a rich Black Ale. Can't even see through it. I added some Black Treacle to this batch to increase the sugars. It is GOOD. Tastes similar to a Chimay Grande Reserve.

  • Great video. Got my first batch sitting in the secondary now.

  • @maxamuus - Thanks Maxamuus! Welcome to the brew club! You're going to love it!

  • after you move your beer to the secondary fermenter i noticed there was alot of headspace in your carboy. by doing that, is there any risk of oxygen destroying your beer? cheers

  • thumbs up to your wife for allowing you to work in your nice new kitchen!! great video man. very informative. good quality. great choice of beer

  • hi shad, it's been one year since I've commented on your video, where is part 4?

There is also filmed with me if you want to watch you have to search in you tube on "brouwtv kerst 2010". Now you can see me home brewing.

I'm very curious about your reaction to my video.

Happy home brewing ! Dave the Netherlands

  • Great video! At what temp. do you chill your beer at? and what is the length of the hose?

  • Great series of video. I never keg since I don't have another fridge yet but I like the idea of leaving at 29 PSI and walk away. No shaking, no adjusting by the day etc..cheer

  • Very helpful info! Thank you, Ryan Reynolds!
