I cannot believe this closed 6 months ago...!? £25,000 saved? Was it really worth not preserving one of the most beautifully surreal attractions in the county? Maybe if Kerry Michaels had bought it and it mysteriously caught fire it could have been re-born... SCC, well done on showing that heritage doesnt count. Incidentally £25,000 is less than it costs to run one junction's worth of traffic lights!

Gone and not forgotten indeed. And let us not forget that it went to save a paltry £25,000 for our four star council, not to mention their pathetic plus. And just how many consultancy hours did that buy? Thanks a bunch, SCC!
