Bulldog has Gym's at Parra/Castle Hill and Manly. Manly is HQ but rumour has it Castle Hill (run by McKinnon Bros) is the best.
Taipan Gym at Arncliffe is very good and I personally would be checking out Iwak Nak Rop at Seven Hills

Why and by who?
I'll spar anyone and only time I came second was when sparring a good boxer and I wasn't allowed to use knees or legs.
Unfair advantage to him...anyway getting too old and slow now.
