The Haecceitic Library investigates the embodiment of architecture; how space is experienced through the medium of the body and brain ,thus 'external' space is an extension of ones own corporeity. The film explores this spatial process within two sites of investigation: The Library and The Bedroom. The two exist in an eternally reflexive relationship. The Library, a vast, labyrinthine, ever evolving organ grows and changes according to the experiences of the protagonist in the Bedroom space. Mimicing the process of plasticity in the brain, information is both stored by and actively changes the structure of the Librarys architecture.
