@spongebill212 TSC one beats this one by a long shot! The only thing about the TSC Bullseye is that sometimes I wish they made him to stand by himself. Then, we might not get the "leg motions" like in the movies.

@TheOmegaParadigm They wanted Bullseye to be like a loyal dog to Woody, so they had him represent more dog like qualities using his expressions/actions rather than a voice. They talk about that in the Toy Story 2 blu-ray commentary.

Could anyone explain to me why Bullseye couldn't talk? I mean, they have plenty of other toys that are animals: Rex the Tyrannosaurus, Ham the piggy-bank, Slink the dog slinky, the toy shark; hell, even a potato toy could talk. Why not Bullseye? Doesn't make any sense.
