Rautenbach is not a driver.
Look, for example, at GB'09:
Latvala screwed him after he (Latvala) had broken brakes, driveshaft and after one crash (totally, 8 stages were driven on a very damaged car)

They were the start/finish of the same stage 11, actually. That stage loops around kind of in a circle and that was the one way road from the service road to the start/finish area. Loeb's lucky he wasn't seriously hurt. I would have thought since he just finished his stage/interview, he would have had his belts undone going back to the service park.

For some very odd reason a strech of road leading into service was the same for the end of stage and the beginning of another, one was finishing his stage going to service and another was leaving service to continue upon the next stage,
