Shrugs are always done wrong. Learn how to do barbell shrugs and dumbbell shrugs in this exercise video.

Guys want to lift more than they deserve. If you can't do your trapezius exercises during your trap workout while keeping your arms straight, weight is too heavy.

DO NOT roll your shoulders while doing trap exercises - or you'll injury your neck.

And lots of trap exercises or trap workouts is hardly necessary unless you want to be a HUGE bodybuilder. Your traps get enough work from shoulder and back and leg training.

Don't believe me - go look at an anatomy chart for traps and you'll see how big the muscle group actually is.

  • @Th3FinishingT0uch It's true, but notice how it says "in 21 days" and it doesn't say "easy". It is fucking intense, it does get results but it's very VERY tough; the workout routines AND also the diet. The 12lbs of muscle are only if you have the discipline and the will.

  • @SinisterSkyline Thank YOU for sharing your experience. You're right, the 21 days is NO walk in the park. If you follow the program to the letter... you WILL achieve the FASTEST gains of your life. Whether you gain 5 lbs... 10 or 15 lbs... I have NO IDEA... but you'll be happy.

  • @Th3FinishingT0uch The facts remain - through CYCLICAL BULKING you can gain FAT FREE MASS much faster than normal standards of 1.5 -2 lbs a month. Note, 1.5-2 lbs is considering DRY MUSCLE. Our definition of muscle is GLYCOGEN, WATER and DRY MUSCLE which is how the higher than "normal" numbers are achieved by our users.

  • then whey and was wondering if you could do some sort of review on the product. Researchs has shown it is far superior then whey and states that whey isn't readily digestable by the body and can clog up your intestines. I mean if you need some ideas for another video I'm hoping it could help inform the public although it may be someone stirring the pot but I'm hoping it could be somebody blowing the whistle for the general public. Anyways thanks again and appreciate your help :)

  • Awesome video yet again Vince absoloutley love your material. And seriously guys you should try out the fast mass muscle it is extremely tough and although you may not got 12 plbs of muscles per say you will still see an overall improvement in strength, endurance, and overall physique, it will kick your ass, seriously you'll be thankful that you have a set of lungs. Btw vince I just came across an article in relationship to whey vs HEMP protein. Have you tried hemp? Apparently its more anabolic

  • @VinceDelMonte I'm pretty sure the only people who gain that much are people who have never worked out before and are just about experience a growth spurt. Anyone who has been working out for a long time will not be able to gain more than 5lbs a month, regardless of regimen.
