Ademo Mueller, the journalist behind a popular activism site copblock.org, is facing 21 years in prison for publishing conversations with law enforcement officials that he says were on-the-record while investigating a police brutality case in the state of New Hampshire. Pete Eyre from the website copblock.org, which published the video, joins RT's Kristine Frazao for the details into the case.

Recording police brutality, how is that a crime? Police brutality is the crime.

    Extremely disturbing tendency:

in Europe, when "authorities" of any kind fu*# up situations, it's still very much like shrugging shoulders, blame game or no response at all, making promises, spitting rhetorics, & eventually people forget.

In the U.S there's a strict mindset of immediately silencing the whistleblower AND simultaneously never, ever talk about the atrocity again.

U.S. Journos probably wouldn't ever mention executed fellows again, even if they were from Reuters & filmed on video...

When they erased his video, that IS destroying evidence. This is over the hook!!!

In Sweden you get 21 years in prison for killing 73 teenagers..

If was on a digital camera memory card, you could have got the video recovered. What they did by erasing the film is a felony-tampering with and destroying evidence.

What?? That law doesn't apply when you are filming police or any federal official. As long as you don't interfere with the activities or violate general applicable laws!! Marshall law is upon us.

Our government can wiretap all of us without a warrant. They can photograph us anytime and we can not with them? It is getting scary
