Indiana Railroad lightweight car 65, a 1931 Pullman product that started the Illinois Railway Museum collection, makes a photo runby at Johnson Siding and Seemann Road east of Union, Illinois as part of the seventieth anniversary festivities of the Central Electric Railfans' Association.
Sounds like the bell is either electrically or air-operated.

Great to see that car running. I've been to the museum many times and had never seen the IRR car in action. Good to know it is still running

The horn sounds like the old Reading "Blue" MU cars that used to run in and around Philadelphia.
