The High School Preseason Training Program performed two different conditioning test throughout the preseason, but both included "executions." Executions are match-paced shots and finishes in a 2 minute or 1 minute time frame. Each athlete attemps to complete as many as they can in the alloted time. Maintaining a steady number is the goal of the conditioning test.

My club team did this same exercise. You have to complete as many takedowns as possible in a period of time, and typically the attack is limited to the same move or types of moves (i.e. low ankle picks, inside and outside singles, etc.). It's a lung buster and gets you that ninja speed!

are these j.v.? because they really suck at praticing hope they dont wrestle like that in a match. Tips have them do the move right instead of just going through it .
and have the partners actually try not to get taken down so fast.

Haha! Good videos brah! This one reminds me of what we always had to do a practices for long periods of time. I always thought it was harder being the guy taken down though. Getting up that many times in a row sucks. LOL!
