Here's the first of the episodes of the series. It's a pretty big subject to tackle, and it was difficult to get it down to time, and I still didn't get to talk about eveything I wanted to! I'll be going into more depth in this subject in the rest of the series, so if you have a question or comment, please ask!

I do believe that stress is one of the main causes of illness in the world at the moment, and that it's very important to try to reduce your stress in all different ways possible. Basically, do things that make you happy, rather than things that stress you out!

DISCLAIMER: This is not medical advice, this is just my own opinion and what I see to be important!

PS. If you like to run, then go running!

  • i believe in fairies and cake and monsters AAAAAGGGHHHHH!!!!

  • One of the other way is to eat right food. Fruit juice and Vegetable Juice also helps to reduce the stress~ love

  • yeah whats your job?you are successful,no?with having a selfjob with only 21??wow=)

  • I agree with your philosophy, I enjoy trekking, walking and gym or I get distracted with everything that gives me peace of mind and relaxes me.

  • what do you do with your self job??

  • Great video- i agree with the exercise thing. I love swimming and would happily spend hours on end doing it whilst it also being a great form of exercise, on the other hand running on a treadmill makes makes me want to vomit and would probably have an even bigger negative effect on me than the exercise itself !

  • Fabulous video! I agree with your philosophy on exercise, I also love hiking, yoga and pilates, I also like horseback riding too. I find that if my exercise feels more like a fun activity than something I have to do then I am more likely to get excited, plus if exercising is fun its easier to stick with!

  • thanks cheney

  • Look into meditation if you haven't already. It can help with a myriad of issues as well as identifying the root cause of distress

  • Great video. Thank you! Here are some of my stress-relievers: Meditation, walking in nature, playing a musical instrument (guitar), yoga, cycling, reading a good book, sauna. Excellent tips regarding school as well. Take care.
