Your meter's out of focus.

How did you eliminate the induction effect from the overhead/underground power lines? Or did you.

If I hold a volt meter's + lead in the air and ground the - lead I get ~100mVAC and I get ~250mVAC just from my skin.

The only thing you're getting from the air is the ability to verbalize this crack-pot theory.

Voltage is nothing! Load it down get some watts. Rubbing a balloon on yer head can get you over 10 thousand volts. If it won't do work (light a light bulb) then it is nothing. Free voltage is NOT free energy.

A thought  - Positioning of the ground rod with respect to the coils. Which way is North, South- Flux lines of the earth?????
